A stand up comedy show with all proceeds raised directly benefiting the Matthew Silverman Memorial Foundation.  The show will have a host and four name comedians with special guest appearances over 90 minutes.  It will open with a red carpet, the show will commence, a pledge drive will take place before the final comic, who will then close out the show. Items will also be available for silent auction throughout the event.
